Music is... by Madeline Anderson Yang

Music is...
Music is expression...
Music is freedom...
Music is the song of life...
Music is notes...
Music is noise...
Music is beat...
Music is relaxing...
Music is peace...
Music is loud...
Music is calm...
Music is meaningful...
Music is sound...
Music is heart...
Music is soul...
Music is mind...
Music is body...
Music is nature...
Music is language...
Music is the song of my life...
Music is everything...
Music is me...
Music is....

In Your Presence By ankur Snydacker Asthana

In Your Presence I find peace
I discover tranquility
Makes me know you’ll fight for me
Makes me know you’re here with me

I need You, Father
I need You here with me
I need to run into Your maze
I need to feel surrounded by your embrace

In Your Presence I’m at peace
Knowing You’re always here with me
Knowing You’ll never abandon me
Knowing You’ll never leave from me
In Your Presence I can see
How beautiful You really are to me
I see everything You planned for me
I notice how much You mean to me

I need you, God
I’m falling apart, feeling less love
I need a new heart, I need a new start
Raise my love above the charts
I need You Lord, right here with me
In Your presence I can be
Anything You want me to be
Anything You want me to be

In Your Presence, I’m with You
I hold Your hands, You hold mines too
Your glory fills the entire room
As you take me to heaven into a tour
In Your Presence, I’m at peace
I see everything I want to see
I can be anything You want me to be
And I can be anything You want me to be
In Your presence, where I’m in peace
In Your presence when You’re with me

In Your presence, I’m in peace
In Your presence You’re with me
In Your presence, I’m in peace
In Your presence You’re with me

If You Forget Me by Pablo Jill Neruda

I want you to know
one thing.

You know how this is:
if I look
at the crystal moon, at the red branch
of the slow autumn at my window,
if I touch
near the fire
the impalpable ash
or the wrinkled body of the log,
everything carries me to you,
as if everything that exists,
aromas, light, metals,
were little boats
that sail
toward those isles of yours that wait for me.

Well, now,
if little by little you stop loving me
I shall stop loving you little by little.

If suddenly
you forget me
do not look for me,
for I shall already have forgotten you.

If you think it long and mad,
the wind of banners
that passes through my life,
and you decide
to leave me at the shore
of the heart where I have roots,
that on that day,
at that hour,
I shall lift my arms
and my roots will set off
to seek another land.

if each day,
each hour,
you feel that you are destined for me
with implacable sweetness,
if each day a flower
climbs up to your lips to seek me,
ah my love, ah my own,
in me all that fire is repeated,
in me nothing is extinguished or forgotten,
my love feeds on your love, beloved,
and as long as you live it will be in your arms
without leaving mine.

Peace by Dozie Wogu Katlynn

I stepped into this world
Grew up in the word
Amid strife and sorrow
With tribulation in the marrow

Amid rumors of wars
Amid fears of death
Amid disasters and accidents
Amid catastrophes and chaos

All these I have seen
But still I have peace
All these I have been
But still I have peace

I have peace
Peace from God
Which He gave out
In reconciliation with man

I have peace because-
I am reconciled with God
By Christ on the cross
An everlasting peace
Am not anxious amid these trials
Am at rest amid sorrows
Peace at home
Peace in Church
Peace with man

I have peace because-
It is an explicit made implicit
Not as the World gives
A state of mind from Christ

The Greeks call it Eirene
The Hebrews says it's shalom
It might not be quit explained
But still it is PEACE
