I Miss You So by Mary Cory William

I miss the touch of your hand in mine.
Your love warms me like the morning sunshine.
I miss your breath on my ear as we embrace.
I miss the softness of your cheek when I touch your face.
I miss your everything, your love is sublime.

A Poem For Fat People (Fiction Poetry)

As a younger girl,
I was always spat on,
Just because someone thought I was the stupid fat one,
As the stupid fat one, I never fought back.
As the stupid fat one, I was verbally attacked.
Baring the grand finales of everyone's taunts, and stares,
Baring the humiliation,
I found that I don't care what they think.
One day, our ship of embarrassment will sink,
This will be our loss, and this will be their gain.
And all those thinner people will jump the board and inflate,
And we will be those people who can retaliate.
